Pina Colada

If you like Pina Coladas, you’ll love this pineapple and coconut delight! Spread the jam on crackers and cream cheese,  use this tropical jam as a topping on your favorite breakfast items like pancakes, fruit turnovers, make a fruit parfait, for a bagel with cream cheese. 

Adding Pina Colada jam in a sauce pan for coconut shrimp or coconut chicken strips, street tacos, or pork chops.  For a tropical treat add our delicious jam to ice cream or stir into an iced cocktail drink for a summer time refreshing treat.

Pineapple upside down cake is simple and easy with our jam as the base to add to with pineapple rings, and a yellow box cake mix.  Pour into 8×8 baking dish, add pineapple rings and a maraschino cherry in the center, pour cake batter over top and bake according to box directions.  When done, flip over on plate and cover top with tub of cool whip for a summer time sweet treat.
