Fionn is a healthy 70-pound, 1-year-old wethered 100% myotonic (fainting) goat buckling with registered parents. He was born a singleton in April 2024 and has grown up on good pasture with his mother, a herd of other goats, and a horse. He would make a great pet (as long as you have or purchase other goats as company for him), or meat goat. Myotonics are sweet, easy to handle, don’t jump or climb fences, and are more resistant to worms than Boers. Myotonics are also excellent meat goats with their thick muscling (17% more meat to bone ratio than Boers due to their muscle stiffening). Many folks say myotonics are the best breed of meat goat. Fionn and our other myotonics are the offspring of does and bucks with great confirmation and high-quality bloodlines.
