Tender, delicate, grass fed lamb raised by W.I.S.H. Farm in Auburn and processed by J B Meats. Lamb is shipped in October 2024.
PRICING INFORMATION
- $10/lb on hanging weight for your whole lamb
- A whole lamb generally weighs 30-50 lbs
- $400 approximate total for lamb (based on 40 lb lamb)
- $50 is the total for processing (for cut, cryo wrap, freeze)
- $450 Grand Total lamb and processing a 40 lb whole lamb.

If you’d like us to facilitate your lamb being processed you have a couple more decisions to make: cutting & grind options.
CUTTING OPTIONS
There are three cutting options:
- Standard Option – this includes a mix of chops, roasts and ground/sausage. This option maximizes use of the whole lamb.
- Sausage/Ground Heavy Option –
- Disclaimer: this option cuts out a lot of the bones that you’ve paid for with hanging weight. The weight of meat you receive will be significantly less than the hanging weight.
- Choose Your Own – you will fill out your own cut sheet and choose how your meat is cut. We’ll send you a form to fill out and assist you as needed.
OTHER WAYS TO ORDER
You may buy W.I.S.H. Farm or Mindful Folk grassfed lamb by the cut in the farm store.
*Hanging weight (HW) is the post-slaughter weight of the animal. You might notice a difference between the hanging weight you pay for and the actual weight of meat you receive. This difference depends on what you choose as far as boneless cuts, marrow bones, organ meat, fat, and trim.
