In 2010 Salads For Life was created based on a Health Journey Karyn Kennedy was on. Her main goal was to take her physical training to the next level. With that she knew she had to add more vegetables and fruits to her diet. On the recommendation of her trainer she was instructed to add more salads to her diet. With salads comes salad dressing she realized she had to create a dressing that line up with her training.
The salad dressing Vinaigrette Life was created to help those with clear health issues for example it had to assist those with autism due to their gut issues, endometriosis issues, diabetics, gluten issues and high cholesterol.
And she did just that 4 ingredients 150 calories 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium and 0 sugar.
