Vendor Biography

I’ve searched the world for favorite peppers.  I’m not growing the typical types of peppers but I have all three kinds: hot, medium, and mild.    I’m growing exotic types including zero heat habaneros, aji’s, and datil’s.  Great for eating fresh as well as sauces.  Grown outdoors with largest harvests August thru October.

I grow a Burmese okra variety that forms longer pods that are still tender.  They have more flavor than the typical market okra with a sweetness and nuttiness.  Large summer and

I grow mushrooms on hardwood logs.  I’ve got 4 varieties of shiitake as well as some lion’s mane and others.  I also forage the fall oyster from my property.  They fruit naturally in the spring and fall.
