Product Description
The Greek word for Parsley translates to “rock celery” due to it’s habit of growing near rock walls or in clumps of rocks. In the same family as carrots, celery, and cumin, Parsley has an herbaceous and slightly bitter taste, that helps accentuate other flavors. Our organic Parsley comes from a farm just down the road. No sitting in containers to cross the ocean. No tariffs to raise prices. Harvested in the morning and into the drying room that same evening. Dried slower and cooler than most dried herbs, the color, flavor, and nutrients of this Parsley won’t let you down.
