Product Description

You will receive one pound of mixed garlic bulbs, culinary size, which is less than 1.75” across at the biggest point. This garlic can be planted or eaten.  Smaller bulbs also store very well!

Most of the bulbs will be artichoke style, meaning they will have multiple layers of cloves.

Garlic should be planted with a minimum of 6” spacing, 2-4” deep, depending upon your planting zone.  Mulch to keep weed competition down and to preserve moisture in dry areas.  Harvest when you have 4-5 green leaves left.  Hang to cure for a minimum of three weeks in an airy location out of direct sunlight.  Save your best bulbs for replanting in the fall.
