This variety of garlic is called Music. It is a delicious garlic that is renowned for its rich yet mild flavor. It also stores very well and we have had some last up to a year.

Garlic has a very long growing cycle. It is planted in the Fall and harvested/ dried in the Summer. We typically sell out pretty fast after curing so stock up while you can!
Store in a dry, cool and dark environment like in a pantry. They also need some airflow so do keep them in plastic bags.
