This variety of garlic is called Music. It is a delicious garlic that is renowned for its rich yet mild flavor. It also stores very well and have had some last up to a year.
We naturally grow all of our garlic without the use of herbicides or pesticides.

- Garlic has a very long growing cycle. It is planted in the Fall and harvested/dried in the Summer. We typically sell out pretty fast after curing so stock up while you can!

Store in a cool, dry and dark environment like in a pantry. They also need some airflow so do not keep them in plastic bags.
