$11/lb for 50 lb beef order

There is some slight variation in weight of these boxes, but we keep them as close to 50 lbs as possible.

Approximate total: $550 (based on exact weight of 50lb, expect slight variation on this total.)

THE CUTS

We choose an equal variety of popular cuts from a whole beef to create our 50 lb boxes. You’ll receive approximately 20 pounds of ground beef and a selection of cuts ranging from chuck roast to T-Bones, stew meat to top round and sirloin steaks to soup bones. Your meat will be wrapped and clearly labeled. Ground beef is packaged in 1 pound packages. Steaks will be packaged 1 per package. You’ll receive cuts from both front and hind beef quarters.
