The Ataulfo mango is a Mexican mango cultivar. Its skin is gold-yellow, its flesh is non-fibrous, and its pit is thin. Ataulfo mangos are typically 6 to 10 ounces (170 to 280 g) in weight and are oblong in shape. They are more cold tolerant than other mango varieties.
