“Culinary” simply means the bulbs are not among our largest (which we save for re-planting), however the taste is the same: DELICIOUS! Bulb sizes may range in size from 1-2 inches and you may receive a mix of varieties. A full-pound will include 7-13 bulbs. A half-pound will include 4-8 bulbs. If you have a favorite (see our other listings) just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

We are new farmers – we grow garlic, exclusively, on a 1-acre farm using sustainable, no-til methods. We aim to overachieve so please give us a try! All varieties of our garlic are not only grown using organic and sustainable methods, but are also certified as organic (see our certificate in this listing). We use no commercial animal-based (such as feather meal or blood meal) fertilizers, in order to create a delicious crop that is truly cruelty free.
